   TECHNICAL DATA
   Total Solar Eclipse, 21 June 2001, Chisamba (Zambia) 14.50.2' S, 28.01.092' E.

   Video sequences (A B C) are extracted from a hi-res digital video
   made through an apochromatic refractor (Astro-Physics EDL 92.5mm f/4.9)
   a-focally coupled to a Sony DV TRV-900 3CCD PAL camera.
   The sequences are exported through a FireWire link
   between the videocamera and a Macintosh Powerbook G3
   using i-Movie and FinalCut Pro softwares.

   The 800x600 sequences maintain a 33% resolution vis-a-vis the uncompressed original.
   Some frames having 50% of the original resolution were extracted from these sequences.
